Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for domestic and international tour bookings.

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Domestic Tour Cancellation Charges

  • 30+ days before travel: 20% deduction

  • 15–29 days: 40% deduction

  • 7–14 days: 60% deduction

  • Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation (No refund)

International Tour Cancellation Charges

  • Visa fees, insurance, and flight tickets: Always non-refundable

  • 30+ days: 40% deduction

  • 15–29 days: 60% deduction

  • Less than 15 days: No refund

Customized international packages may have additional non-refundable components (cruise, special attractions, premium hotels).

2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

If the company cancels the tour due to operational issues:

  • Full refund of the package amount

  • No refund of visa or flight charges if already issued

  • Refund timeline: 7–14 working days

Refunds are not provided if cancellation is due to:

  • Natural calamities

  • Government-imposed restrictions

  • Political instability

  • Pandemic-related lockdowns

In such cases, refunds depend on hotel/airline policies.

3. No-Show Policy

Refund is not applicable if the traveler:

  • Fails to report on time

  • Misses flights, trains, or buses

  • Leaves the tour midway

  • Does not provide required documents on time

4. Refund Processing Guidelines

  • Refunds are processed only through the original payment mode.

  • Payment gateway or bank charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund may take 7–14 business days depending on bank processing.

5. Partial Usage of Services

If a traveler does not use a portion of the services such as meals, sightseeing, or hotel stay, no refund is applicable.

6. Force Majeure Events

No refund or minimal refund (as per vendor policy) applies in cases like:

  • Earthquakes

  • Floods

  • Heavy rains

  • Landslides

  • War or terrorism

  • Airline strikes

  • Government orders

7. Amendment Policy

Any change in travel date or destination is treated as a cancellation and rebooking. Charges depend on supplier policies.
