Space Sarathi Tours Pvt. Ltd. offers a wide range of Domestic Tours and selected International Tours. Our USP includes customized travel packages and affordable pricing.


2. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings require a minimum advance payment.

  • Confirmation is issued only after receiving the advance.

  • Rates may vary based on season, availability, and itinerary changes.

  • Customers must provide accurate personal and travel details.

The company is not liable for delays caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer.


3. Pricing & Inclusions

Every package clearly specifies:

  • Accommodation details

  • Transportation

  • Meals

  • Sightseeing

  • Activities

Any services not mentioned are considered exclusions.

Prices may change due to:

  • Fuel price changes

  • Government taxes

  • Airline charges

  • Hotel policies


4. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made via UPI, bank transfer, net banking, or cash at office.

  • Balance payment must be cleared before travel.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the tour without refund.


5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Carry valid ID proofs & travel documents

  • Report on time for transfers, sightseeing, and flights

  • Follow group guidelines during tours

  • Maintain respectful behaviour with fellow travelers

The company is not responsible for any missed services due to passenger delays.


6. Company Responsibilities & Limitations

We ensure:

  • Delivery of services as promised in the package

  • Assistance during emergencies

  • Transparent communication

However, Space Sarathi Tours is not responsible for:

  • Flight or train delays/cancellations

  • Natural disasters, political events, strikes

  • Loss of luggage or personal belongings

  • Visa rejection or border issues

  • Any extra expenses arising during emergencies


7. Third-Party Vendors

We work with airlines, hotels, and transport providers. The terms of these vendors also apply.
Any dispute arising from third-party services must be taken up with the provider.


8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Insurance fees are non-refundable if purchased.


9. Website Usage Terms

  • You may browse the website for personal use.

  • You may not copy content or misuse data.

  • Attempts to hack, disrupt, or modify the website will result in legal action.


10. Changes in Itinerary

The itinerary may be modified due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Transport issues

  • Safety concerns

Alternative arrangements will be made, but no refunds for unavoidable changes.


11. Legal Jurisdiction

All legal disputes fall under Karad jurisdiction, Maharashtra, India.
